How we handle your information.
Information we collect
When you send a brief, contact us, or purchase a service, we may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company details, project requirements, and messages. Stripe processes payment-card details; L70 Labs does not receive or store your full card number.
We also receive basic technical and attribution data such as your device, browser, pages viewed, referring link, and advertising identifiers. The site may use Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel for measurement and advertising attribution.
How we use it
- To prepare a quote, deliver the service, and provide customer support.
- To process and reconcile payments and refunds.
- To secure the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
- To understand which pages and ads lead to inquiries or purchases.
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, and record-keeping obligations.
Who receives it
We share information only as needed with service providers that help us operate, including Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting, Supabase for form handling, and analytics or advertising providers such as Google and Meta. We do not sell your contact details.
Your choices
You can block non-essential cookies in your browser and ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you, subject to records we must retain. Privacy rights vary by location. Email growth@l70labs.xyz to make a request.
Retention, security, and children
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security. This service is intended for business customers and is not directed to children under 13.

What you are buying.
By purchasing or asking L70 Labs to begin work, you agree to these terms. If a written project scope conflicts with this page, the written scope controls.
The $299 Website Launch package
The package includes one custom landing page, mobile-responsive implementation, an SEO/AEO technical foundation, contact-form and analytics setup, one revision round, and hosting for the first 12 months. The $299 charge is a one-time payment and does not enroll you in a recurring care plan.
Timing
The standard seven-day build window begins after we receive the content, brand assets, access, and decisions needed to start. Delays in receiving those items or approvals can move the delivery date. Express delivery is capacity-dependent and must be confirmed separately.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you have permission to use the text, logos, images, trademarks, data, and account access you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the design, giving timely feedback, and checking business claims, prices, and legal notices before launch.
Ownership and third-party services
After full payment, you own the final website code and project-specific creative work delivered to you. L70 Labs retains its pre-existing tools, reusable components, methods, and know-how while granting you the rights needed to run the delivered site. Third-party platforms, fonts, software, domains, and plugins remain subject to their own terms and fees.
Service limits
We will perform the agreed work with reasonable care, but we cannot guarantee rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, revenue, or uninterrupted third-party services. Nothing on the site limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future orders. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that order unless we agree otherwise in writing. Questions can be sent to growth@l70labs.xyz.
Refund policy
Approve the first design—or get a full refund.
For the $299 Website Launch package, if you do not approve the first design, you may request a full refund of the website-package payment. You may ask us to use the included revision round first or choose the refund instead.
How to request it
Email growth@l70labs.xyz from the address used for the order, include the business or project name, and state that you do not approve the design and want the refund. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; the time they take to appear is controlled by your bank or payment provider.
After approval
Once you approve the design and ask us to proceed to final delivery or launch, payments for completed work are not refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing. Separate add-ons, domains, software, or third-party costs follow the written scope and any applicable provider policy.
This policy does not reduce any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
